Watercolors by Jean captures life's important moments!

I create fresh watercolor images of many subjects.  Usually I prefer to paint flowers and animals.

My Work

My work is drawn from personal experiences and preferences.   I first started painting watercolors after I retired from teaching.  Flowers were my main focus but soon I discovered my love for painting animals.  Over the years I have painted mainly those two subjects, but now that we have more time to travel, I am taking up landscapes.

Feel free to look through my portfolio for a sample of my work. If you have any questions, please contact me.

I mainly paint wet on wet, but dry brushing is always involved.
